PROPOSED ITINERARY

DAY 1:  MIDNIGHT FLIGHT FROM MANILA TO SAI GON

Midnight Flight From Manila to Sai Gon.

 

DAY 2:  SAIGON–  CUCHI TUNNEL – CITY TOUR                 (B/L/D)

After breakfast. Transfer to Cu Chi tunnels is the miniature of the creative and transformed battle of Cu Chi people and soldiers in the fierce fight, lasting for 30 years against the aggressors for independence, freedom of the country. In here, you can visit a short stretch of the tunnels, drop to their hands and knees and squeeze underground for an insight into life as a tunnel-dwelling resistance fighter. Lunch at local restaurant. Visit: Reunification Palace (formerly Presidential Palace): The iconic Reunification Palace made its name in global history when in 1975 a tank belonging to the North Vietnamese Army crashed through its main gate – thus signifying the end of the Vietnam War.

Then, continue to visit Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office: one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City, learn about this significant landmark — the busiest post office in Vietnam. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 3: SAIGON – MY THO – SAIGON                                     (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. Private trip to My Tho. Boat trip: visit Thoi Son Islet fruit orchard, enjoy traditional folk music, Coconut candy workshop, Honeybee farm. Then, you will experience the daily countryside life around the village. Transfer out by small boat through small canals and discover every nook and cranny. Transfer back to Saigon. Free time to go shopping at Ben Thanh Market – a great place to buy local handicrafts, branded goods, Vietnamese art and other souvenirs.

Dinner at Ben Nghe Cruise – enjoy the live musical and dancing performance. Overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 4: SAIGON DEPARTURE                                                 (B/L/D) 

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Thien Hau Temple, China Town. Free time to go shopping at An Dong Plaza or Binh Tay Market.  Lunch at local restaurant. Visit Sai Gon Square. Dinner at the local restaurant. After that, transfer to airport for departure. End of the services.
